What happens if the boiler breaks down?
You won't have to worry about a thing. Our service includes urgent assistance, repairs, and if necessary, a complete boiler replacement. Contact us at info@pro-e.es and we'll sort it out straight away!
Do I have to pay for installation or an initial deposit?
When buying a boiler, the installation cost in a home typically ranges from €2,000 to €4,000, depending on the complexity. But with AlquiConfort, you'll simply have to make a small payment of €150, as we have a wide national network of installers.
Is maintenance included?
Yes, we do. We carry out maintenance and inspections every two years at no extra cost to ensure your boiler always runs at 100%.
What type of boilers do you offer?
We install PRO-G gas condensing boilers, a brand recognised for its energy efficiency, low consumption, and quiet operation. Our professionals have over 50 years of experience in innovative technologies.
What happens if I want to end my contract?
Should you wish to discontinue this service, you'll need to settle the remaining portion of your contract before fully cancelling.
What happens if I sell my home?
In that case, you have two options: You can transfer the contract to the new owner if they're interested in keeping the service (which is very common and convenient). Alternatively, we can arrange for the equipment to be removed (this may incur an additional cost). We'll adapt to whatever you need, always with complete transparency.
What happens if my home rental period ends?
Typically, the homeowner uses this service for their convenience and that of their tenant. This way, they don't have to worry about breakdowns or anything else – it's all included! This ensures peace of mind for both parties. However, if you're renting and have contracted the service, to cancel it, you'll need to settle the contract.
What happens when my boiler rental ends?
At the end of the rental period, you have several options: you can renew the service, upgrade the equipment, or bring it to an end, in which case we’ll remove the boiler. In all cases, we handle the process quickly and hassle-free. Our aim is to ensure you always have the freedom to choose.
