Renting a condensing boiler allows you to benefit from an energy-efficient boiler without making a large upfront investment. Unlike buying a new boiler, the rental package includes maintenance, repairs and replacement, helping you avoid unexpected costs and making it easier to plan your finances more effectively.

The service allows you to have a condensing boiler installed in your home for a fixed monthly fee. It includes installation, regular maintenance and breakdown assistance, ensuring that your energy-efficient boiler always runs smoothly, with no worries.
The monthly rental fee for your energy-efficient PRO-G boiler is charged via direct debit, usually during the first week of each month, following installation of the unit.
The initial €150 covers the basic installation of your condensing boiler. This amount covers the standard work required to commission your new boiler. Should any additional, non-standard modifications be required, you will be informed in advance. After that, the rest of the service is covered by the monthly fee for your energy-efficient boiler.
Alquiconfort’s condensing boiler rental service is available for 6 or 12 years, tailored to the customer’s needs and always ensuring the performance of your new boiler.
The rental includes the new condensing boiler, standard installation, maintenance, repairs and replacement if necessary. In most cases, there are no additional costs, except for very specific work that goes beyond the standard installation of the energy-efficient boiler. For example, if the thermostat needs to be replaced.
To rent an energy-efficient boiler, you must be the owner of the property where the condensing boiler is to be installed. Furthermore, the installation must meet the basic technical requirements to ensure it works properly.

The rental contract for your condensing boiler has a fixed term, so it is not possible to cancel it at will at any time without incurring associated costs. We recommend that you continue with the service until the end of the contract, as we guarantee that your energy-efficient boiler will always be in perfect working order, thereby avoiding the need to switch to a new boiler.

Should you request early termination, you will be required to cover the costs associated with terminating the contract, as well as the costs of removing the equipment.

If you sell the property, the contract for the energy-efficient boiler can be transferred to the new owner or cancelled subject to certain conditions. If you let the property, you will continue to benefit from the service, ensuring a new boiler that is always in working order for your tenants.

When the contract for your condensing boiler comes to an end, the most common approach is to remove the unit – which may have become obsolete after years of use – and install a new boiler in perfect working order.
